A Draft Illustrative Site Layout is presented below for comments and illustrates the following features:


  • Up to 28 no. residential dwellings;

  • A new access point onto Weston Road;

  • The retention of TPO’d trees along the eastern boundary of the site;

  • An easement either side of the overhead powerlines;

  • Illustrative positioning of private amenity space and off-street parking; and

  • New public open space in the northern part of the site.


The proposal is in outline form with an illustrative layout provided at this stage, which demonstrates the broad arrangement for how 28 no. dwellings could be accommodated within the site.


However, the precise layout along with the mix of sizes, types and tenures of the dwellings would be agreed at the reserved matters stage.
